At SUNGLOW, we take pride in offering you high-quality products and a / smooth shopping experience. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help — within fair and reasonable terms.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:
• You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
• The return request is raised by customer within 24 hours of delivery.
• The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags (if Any )

Unboxing video of the package is attached in Email sent for cancellation request.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Please note, we do not accept returns for:
• Jewelry and accessories due to hygiene reasons
• Items on sale or discounted products
• Customised or personalised orders
• Products damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling
• Packaging items like boxes, pouches, or jars or damaged in transit

📝 How to Raise a Return Request
1. Send an Email to support@sunglowradiance.com with Email subject as “Cancellation request- Order ID” within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Share your order number and clear photos or videos showing the damage or issue.
3. Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to courier the item back (case-dependent).

🔁 Replacement or Refund
• If the return is approved, we will either:
• Replace the item (subject to stock availability) and replaced item will be delivered within 2-4 days after approval.

It will minimum 2 days to approve the return request.

• Refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer. We may request your account or UPI details for processing.

⚠️ Important Notes
• Please do not send returns without approval. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
• We reserve the right to deny returns and cancel refund if the product is found to be used or tampered with.
• If the reverse pickup fails more than once, the return will be cancelled.

Product Disclaimer:

All our jewellery is made with high-quality anti-tarnish coating, but skin reactions or rashes may vary depending on individual skin types and allergies. We do not guarantee that our products are suitable for all skin types.
Discoloration or fading over time can happen due to exposure to water, sweat, perfume, or improper storage. We do not take responsibility for any such occurrences.
No refunds, replacements, or exchanges will be provided for allergic reactions or tarnishing due to usage conditions.
